JSON error while view/edit order detail - Opencart 2.1.0.1

Hi,

We are using default OpenCart 2.1.0.1 with default theme....and from admin screen, while trying to view or edit order...getting below error:

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
OK
------------

Request you to please help.

I have the same problem in version 2.0.3.1.
