I am stuck as to how to edit and where to find the files to edit for the examples below... if anyone can help with info, it would be greatly appreciated.

In the shopping cart shipping section I wish to edit the HTML for:
Free Shipping
Free Shipping $0.00

I would like it to read:
Free Shipping (available for Farm Gate pick up orders only)
Free Shipping $0.00

In the shopping cart payment section I wish to edit the HTML for:

Payment Method

Please select the preferred payment method to use on this order.
Cash On Delivery
PayPal

I would like it to read:
Payment Method

Please select the preferred payment method to use on this order.
Cash On Delivery (available only for Farm Gate pick up orders only)
PayPal

Shipping
/catalog/language/shipping/free.php
One of those texts will change it

Payment
/catalog/language/payment/cod.php

Those should be the files (no guarantees though as I've not had time to test them)
