I did an upgrade to the newest version of opencart. Said upgrade went fine
When I visit store front of get this.

Any thoughts?
To upgrade I migrated the site to a different server. Disabled all mods and themes. Then uploaded new version on top and ran the upgrade script.

I tried to post errors but opencarts cloudfare went bonkers

Look over both of your config files. Did you make the necessary changes to add DIR_MODIFICATION and make sure you've got the right paths on the new server?

Read the most bottom post, it will help to fix that problem, cheers!

ADD TO CONFIG FILES IN PUBLIC AND ADMIN..
should look something like this:

define('DIR_MODIFICATION', '/home/"CHANGE TO YOURS"/public_html/system/modification/');
define('DIR_UPLOAD', '/home/"CHANGE TO YOURS"/public_html/system/upload/');
