Problem with module "Customer Referrals"

Hi,

We have purchased this module 'Customer Referrals' (http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... 9&filter_s), but after upload files via FTP we don't see the module name in admins modules list.

We are usig Opencart 1.5.6.4.

Please advice,
