Cannot delete my orders

Hello,
I've installed OpenCart on my website but it is impossible to manage any order. In particular, if I click on the trash icon, to delete an order, nothing happens.
If I click on the eye icon and try to change the status (i.e. cancelled), when I update the order, I receive an error in a popup window:
Why?
