You can download All the old contributions Here.

You will find an older version of the German language in that zip.

To upgrade it to use with OpenCart 1.4.7 please follow [HOW To] Upgrade older languages to current OC version.

Once you've finished it please share it ;)

Tried following your link but your site just returns a blank page with...

No configuration file found and no installation code available. Exiting...

??

I added the latest german language pack for the latest version of opencart and for some reason the frontend does not switch to German when German is set as default language. Any ideas?
