remove category list from left side, 1 of 3 problems

The category list shows at the top on my home page. But when i click on one of them the list will also show up on the left as well. I have disabled every i can find to do with this, but it still shows on the left. So i must be missing a setting some where. Also although my products prices are showing in the admin area,not all are showing in the shop. What have i done wrong there.I have used Total import pro to import my products etc.I am also getting the following error message in the review section of my products-

So i have 3 problems i would like help with please.

It seems that your theme does not support OpenCart version of your store. You should contact to theme developer to take a look at it.
