Adding standard footer to external linked pdf file.

Hello,
I would like to link to manufacturer pdf datasheets (hosted externally mainly), and add a standard footer which includes links to cart etc. This would involve displaying pdf file in browser. Need to ideally use very basic Href links, as would like to use on ebay listing as well.

Not sure how to call the external pdf file into a container etc. Any help with coding would be fantastic. I have started on a php footer file. http://www.bennyinternational.com/pdf/footerframe.php
