Permission denied page in 2.0.1.1 (SOLVED)

I have tried at least 4 diferent extensions with the same purpose, to edit modifications.
After installed all of them return the same permission denied error page.

I'm using OC 2.0.11.

It is nice to see a video was done to display the error. Although, it would be great to see it in English so to understand the source of the problem on the spot.

Seems it was my broswer cache somehow. How come I didn't think of it before?
I had my computer restarted unexpectedly and after a new login I could edit the extensions :laugh:
