What plugin or extension is used here ?

I have tried to get facebook and twitter on our site using the following...

But only facebook works.
I would really like to use the same sort of thing that this site uses...

I have looked at the code of this site but nothing jumps out at me to tell me what was used.
Can anyone see what extension was used or suggest one that they have used that works ?
