CKEditor on Frontend

Hello everyone,

I'm on a little modification on OC 1.5.6.4.
Want to implement CKEditor on frontend, for Reviews, but not sure how to do it the right way?

Think I have to upload CKEditor on catalog/view/ckeditor. Right? Or can I use admin CKEditor for Frontend also?
On Admin my CKEditor is with FULL configuration, which I don't want for frontend, so a second CKEditor is solution, or?

So Which Configuration you whould choose for it?
I want the users can:
- insert images (URL)
- upload Images (--> Do I need a filemanager? I want the images uploaded to a predefined file folder.)
- can't use HTML
- can format text (bold, latin, text-size etc...)

I whould be glad to get some tips and tricks :-)
