Hi, I need to have only 3 shipping settings.

1 Australian shipping $
2 International Shipping $
3 New Zealand Shipping $

EG country zones.

Also Any orders over $ will get free shipping.

Any extensions for this?

Yes Zone Plus will do this.

You can create multiple geozones with different pricing per zone .

You can also set it to allow free over a certain number, or better yet, set the free shipping extension to show at like $200 and set the max for zone plus to 199.99 so that it doesn't show.
