Setting Non-transactional store with OpenCart

I have a need to streamline checkout process. Something similar to an inquiry on a car. Preferably with option to select multiple product for one inquiry aerialliftequipment.com/av

Here is a desired workflow.
1. User selects a product or multiple product in a shopping cart.
2. At the checkout user is asked only name*, email*, phone, address as well as presented with an option to create account.
3. Redirected to Thank You page upon submission

It's very close to Request a Quote plugin (http://www.opencart.com/index.php?route ... st%20quote) with only difference that we would want to show prices on certain products.
