I recently uploaded my website to inmotion hosting. Since I cant access my admin page at all. Tech support from inmotion says theres an error in the coding because the version I have is out of date. Its 5.1 I believe. They say I need to update my opencart but Im not sure how to do it if I cant access my opencart account. Is there a way to access my opencart account to update it other than logging into my website on inmotion or is there a way to update it? I really need help with this!!

However upon review of this information it appears that this is a coding issue and some of the settings in your files are not configured correctly in the config.php and other files. This would have to be updated. You would need to have a developer look into this for you, or you can try the customer community, more information can be found below:

They are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM and 9 PM. They do answer questions within 60 minutes when you post in our Support Forum
