problem with logging into the admin panel opencart 1.5.4

Hello if anyone can help, for a while I can not log in to administration of my site it gives a constantly error that "Server Connection Timeout" tried to go through a proxy and give the following error
Error cause:
Error loading the page: http: //mysait.com/admin/index.php? Route = common / home & token = bba4f3f2d170bdcba6e7b0a10a61eada
any ideas what the problem is or how to fix It.
