Disable product when out of stock option

Hi,

I would like to have a check box on admin product page: Disable when out of stock.

I believe this would be very helpful for a lot of stores that have some items that are Standard and some special items that will not be possible to re order.

Maybe this extension already exists, i have searched for it but i came up with nothing.

Could someone be interested in creating this small module?
