Trustwave Trustkeeper report

One of my clients has installed Trustwave Trustkeeper on their OC 1.5.5.1 store.
It's reporting problems with "Web Application Transmits Login Credentials Without Encryption" and "Basic Authentication over HTTP".
The site uses SSL and appears to be working correctly. I've also modified the .htaccess file so that http://[url]/admin redirects to https://[url]/admin, so I'm really confused about the first error.
