Export/Import Tool help

Hi,

I'm having some trouble uploading large quantities of items. I've tried 100 items and that's fine, so I thought I'd go for 20000 items and I think it's having some trouble because after loading for a while it goes to; "page you requested can't be found". So I was wondering what's the limit on the amount of products the extension can do? I've increased my time limit and post max limit in whm.

Any help would be great, I don't particularly want to upload 93000 items 100 at a time.
