Any video tutorials on exactly how to upload and configure for the complete novice...exact steps in visual would be great.....thanks

Why not just start, and create your own Youtube Movies, by starting from scratch,
and learning by doing? Others would be glad, at least, if it's made in high quality View!
Otherways, it would make no sense, if nothing really can be identified on a shady video Screen.
And be aware, that it will takes many Movie's, any many hours, of hard, unpaid work,
to make something like this come true...
