Problem with extension installation versions 2.x

I have create a extension which I destined for the versions 2.x and above. The extension create 3 new files in admin side and adds 3 images and make some changes in current files. When I installed in version 2.0.1.1 it work perfect the progress bar is loades full green (display all the natural messages , that the install completed succesful but not display the files which created under the progress bar to the window) however uploaded correct and work fine. the other versions the progress bar give me the succesful message but on the window(Files that will be overwritten) display only the images files and as result the extension not installed truly.

When I try to install to the others versions (2.0.0.0 , 2.0.1.0 , 2.0.2.0 and 2.0.3.1) doesn’t work the extension installe.The progress bar give me the succesful message installation, upload the ocmod.xml file normally ,it's display and to modification log window and i saw that they have add the changing files to the modification file but don't install the new files to the admin folder. The only way to install this is to copy and paste the 3 new files manually to the admin side and thereafter install via extension installer the install.ocmod.xml file separately.

Have you any idea what's going wrong??
