No order after payment 2 checkout

Hi .
when a customer registers orders and goes to checkout via 2 checkout.
they complete payment we never see the order..
I assume it may be due to not redirecting back to our site, as paypal has that option and orders show?
this is an issue please help if you have a fix.
I already google searched but did not see any fix for 2 checkout payment module issue.
