Help with adding product to category

Hey guys,
So I finished part of my website. http://www.shop.auto-mafia.com/ I have TONS of categories because I sell car parts, so naturally I have to separate the make and model etc.
The problem is that now when I add a product and I start typing in my category I have too many that are similar and I dont get the drop down to show the one I want. How do I get it to drop down further?????? For instance I will end up with hopefully around 50 models, and each one is going to have a Suspension category. I type suspension in, but I only get the first 5 models
HELP!?!? I literally cant add products because of this...
