Documentation missing 'code'

The documentation here:

Is missing a reference to 'code'. I have no idea what sort of information 'code' is supposed to contain but, without it, the emitted error is 'Modification requires a unique ID code!' Please update the documentation or, better yet, simply get rid of 'code' as a requirement. Instead, the policy should be that all changes should be idempotent so that if the same ocmod is uploaded twice, the resulting output is identical.
