SEO link structure & rich snippets problem

Hello,

I purchased 2 extensions for OpenCart, but they are not working as promised and despite emails/request, the support is not able to solve the problems.

Problem 1:

SEO Link De-Duplicator purchased from Codecanyon.

This plugin is destroying the link structure of some of my products and uses links (paths) at random.

For example:

If a product is listed under ''Toys > RC Toys > Helicopters'', the product is still listed there, but the link structure is wrong. For example, it should be like this:

http://www.mywebsite.com/toys/rc-toys/h ... copter-toy

But it is like this:

www.mywebsite.com/toys/cool-helicopter-toy

And some other products are like this:

http://www.mywebsite.com/toys/rc-toys/a ... copter-toy

While another product can be like this:

www.mywebsite.com/rc-toys/cool-pink-helicopter-toy

So the paths are quite random, and I am pretty sure this is bad for SEO.

ALSO, second question:

I purchased a rich snippets plugin (Google search results), but if I use this plugin, 2 other very important extensions stop working. The support provided some help, it solved the problem, but like 1 day later the problem repeats itself.

Also, thousands of my products are not listed in Google yet. Is this normal?
