First Data EMEA Connect (3DSecure enabled) Module

On Opencart 2.0.1.1 trying to use First Data EMEA Connect (3DSecure enabled) module, you can make a purchase, it goes through the process and the order look like it goes through but the order status is always cancelled and no money is charged.

We did initially have an error message relating to the first data tables being missing, but we manually created these tables using the First data php file. but the problem still exists

Help, can't make site live as can't process purchases.
