Coupons are not working 2.0.3

Hi,

we have installed the opencart 2.0.3 lates version but there is a bug with the Coupons. if there is a % ore a fix pay is always shown in the frontend 0.00 € ... is there a trick to active it? Something wrong withe installation or is it a bug? we can not use the shop without coupons.. thanks for replay
