I found this Checkout King for OpenCart, but JUST FOR v.1.5.4 - 1.5.6.5 !!

Set your Product 'Shipping' to REQUIRED, to enable Shipping, and the Product NOT downloadable, then, it works flawless.
Unfortuntely, it's gone, already, and so, I guess, it makes not longer much sense. to keep this Theme alive.
