Product discount based on other items

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to set up discounts for products based on other cart items purchased.

For example:
When an item from category A is ordered they get a % discount from an item in category B
or
When item A is purchased they get a discount on item B

Can anyone point me to an extension that will help.
