how to display div inside 1 banner

Hello. I have 2 banners on my web store page, which are actually just 2 images.

First image introduces new products, and second image is a contact number...

Now i want to display a div inside my first image or a banner whatever you want to call it...but as soon as a add div inside template/module/banner.tpl, ...div displays in both banners.

How do i display div only on my first banner?
