** Posted this same problem before but with no replies. Now i REALLY need to find a solution. If this requires me to pay for a programmer that's okay **

I have a 1.5.6.4 cart set up with various mods, notably the shared wish list extended module by Vger which operates as an approval list, to provide personalised stationery to a large organisation (and only this particular organisation). The organisation has 7 divisions. Each division has up to 10 groups; and each group has between 2 and 6 teams. All orders are paid for by a single finance person for each division, but all staff members need access to order. Teams change relatively frequently as projects come and go.

I've tried to simplify everything by setting up 7 accounts, one per division, so that an entire divisions orders are seen and paid for by just one person. But I'm finding that if two or more people from a given division log in at once there are problems with the wish list entries they make. If there are two people logged in, person A (first to log in) and person B (second to log in) both add items to their wish list, only person B's items actually stay there. Person A's just vanish.

So, is there a way to prevent multiple simultaneous logins on a single account? Alternatively, can someone program a solution for the problem of person A's items not getting onto the wish list?

PLEASE - if you can help let me know!
