Is there an Extension that Enables 1 currency, but ...

I currently have USD and CAD currencies installed. However my credit card processing company only works for CAD. So is there a way for me to only use CAD as the store currency, BUT show an estimate of the cost in USD beside the price, and at checkout.
Current
I go to my webstore in the USA and it displays CAD as the currency
I go to my webstore in Canada and it displays CAD as the currency
Goal
I go to my webstore in the USA and it displays CAD as the currency, and beside the CAD price it shows an exact or estimate of the cost in USD.
* just like how you can see the sale price in big, and the original price in red crossed out.
When I go to checkout from the USA, i want it to show the total in CAD and the total in USD. But I want the transaction to be in Canadian.
