Need theme design

Hi all, I'm looking for someone to design a theme for a site that I'm working on. I was able to find a theme that I like but it was for a different shopping cart software. The person that hired me to set up the store prefers opencart, but since they liked the other theme they decided to go with the other cart software. So Im trying to keep them happy going with opencart still.

About the theme
For the home page
Top navigation menu
Bottom navigation menu
4 Featured products
1 big at the top
1 middle
2 bellow the middle

Rest of the pages can be with the default cart navigation.
