Hi

Upgrading russianhealth.co.uk from 1.5.5.1 to 1.5.6.4
The upgrade script seemed to work fine but when I went to the admin area
http://russianhealth.co.uk/admin/index. ... mmon/login
I get the following
Fatal error: Class 'Openbay' not found in D:\Hosting\10207064\html\russianhealth.co.uk\admin\index.php on line 143

Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this

Many thanks

Hi again

I just commented out the line in the index.php that refers to OpenBay and I can get it now.

Is OpenBay essential - we use PayPal for payments?

Cheers

Hi

I have got a lot further but I have hit another problem
I have checked all the privileges and worked through the upgrade.txt notes

When I try to make a change to the product I get the following on saving the changes
Fatal error: Call to a member function productUpdateListen() on a non-object in D:\Hosting\10207064\html\russianhealth.co.uk\admin\controller\catalog\product.php on line 77

Now I am completely stuck - any ideas?

Thanks

In your ADMIN / SYSTEM / USER / USERGROUPS / TOPADMIN Section, did you activate ALL Selections?

Hi Ernie

Thanks for the reply. Yes I did activate all selections. The problems seem to revolve around OpenBay - when I look at the line that fails in the productUpdateListen() function it is trying to update OpenBay. I commented out this feature in the index.php in order to get into the admin area. I have commented it out of this code too and now it behaves reasonable well.

This upgrade seems to be a bit flaky but its all related to OpenBay - is this a key feature, I'm not familiar with it?

Cheers

You should uncomment the following line in admin/index.php

Code: Select all

$registry->set('openbay', new Openbay($registry));
and make sure that the following file exists:

Code: Select all

system/library/openbay.php
