Does anyone know of an e-mail address for FedEx Tech Support that they actually answer? I've tried the one that the Web Services Support section points to ('websupport@fedex.com'), but it's been well over a week and no response.
I've got the production AuthKey and Meter Number through the online form in the developers section, but the e-mail with the developer password never came. After 5 days went by with no response from them, I tried filling in the form again and it says "This account has been locked and cannot be registered." Now I don't know if that's an automatic message I got because I completed the form twice, or if I need to tell my client there's another problem with his account (I had to have him contact them to get the exact billing address for the form to work, because apparently the suite number and the period after 'E.' needed to be left off - we're both pretty frustrated with FedEx right now.) Sorry, I don't normally complain on forums, but both UPS and USPS were easy to setup, and I guess I'm just hoping somebody with more experience working with FedEx will point me in the right direction.

UPDATE: I never did get an e-mail back from FedEx, however I tried filling in the Web Services 'get production key' form again and everything worked. It still bothers me that FedEx doesn't respond to tech support e-mails, but I guess this is sort of solved now since my main problem went away. I wonder if they fixed something on their end and just didn't tell me?
