Image Managet Upload image (IE problem)

Hope this message finds you all well.

I met a problem when I use Internet Explorer 11. When I open the image Manger to upload an image, Upload button remains with the fa-fa circle-o icon and the image is not uploaded in the image manager view.

The upload button remains in the uploading state. I have not tried other IE versions.
