I've done some research on google and it looks ot be a commonm problem with the modules but I can't seem to find a fix
after an update from 1.5.0 to 1.5.1 the page doesn't render and has a lot of similar errors at the top of the page like
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/opencart/catalog/controller/common/column_left.php on line 49
can anyone help or point me in the way of a workign upgrade script
thanks

the top of the page is full of these type of errors

I'd have to know how you're going about doing the update. You should backup all of your files and database and then I would suggest creating a new database and importing the backup file into it BEFORE you run the upgrade script. In a new folder, upload all of the new files and then run the upgrade script with the new database. You should be able to get through it.adioc wrote:I think the errors are due to the way the plug-ins are stored in the database

This method will allow you to keep your current store live while you get this upgrade done.
