Please help me how to update module from oc2.0.1.0 to oc2.0.2.0 ? I have important module for my store need to upgraded.

Which module? What's the incompatibility issue? Have you contacted the developer of the module?
You haven't provided any useful information, so how can anyone provide any help?

Also most 2.0.1.0 mods won't need any changes for 2.0.2.0

For the most part, that is true. However, there were changes made in the mail settings, ocmod (multiple file modifications) and naming of the top-level language files. All or any of which may be the cause of the problem(s) the OP is having.
