2.0.3.1 No way to set default Out of stock status

Hi,
The option to set the default "Out of stock" status for new products seems to be missing in OC 2.31.
This was supposed to be in Settings > Options but it's missing, I checked the Demo also.

Now, on a clean install you get "2-3 days" as default "Out of stock status" for products and no way to change this without editing files or mysql tables.

Anyone has any info about this?

in admin
got to settings > localisation > stock status
click edit on out of stock
and put a space before out

the statuses are listed alphabetically
add a space before out of stock and it will appear above 2-3 days and in turn become default selection

I did try messing with renaming the statuses but no luck.

I still think we should have the option to set the default status somewhere, be it in settings or in stock statuses page.

yes it would make sense to have a default option,
but easy enough work around
