I downloaded an installed opencart, from http://www.opencart.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, but I need spanish language
so,
I went to http://www.opencartspanish.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and downloaded the spanish version.

From that version I went to admin>languages>spanish and copy that folder to the previously installed opencart.
Then I went to the admin area, and under localization>languages I added spanish.

It is not working. Please help.

What version do you use of OpenCart?

You should try uninstalling opencart and reinstalling everything again.
