Module Shop and Update

Is there a way to link the opencart extensions store directly into OpenCart so I have no need to use FTP? Kind of like wordpress or Magento or AbanteCart.
Also, is there a way to get notified when an update is ready and have the module updated automatically without redownloading the package?
One last questions. Is there a way to delete a module and its files and tables without manually deleting them? Thanks.

1. NO
2. NO, but check/use github.com/opencart, they use some kind of something like this.
3. NO, one can only de/in-activate unneeded Mod's. Most of them, anyway.
...
Would be too easy, just like a Windows Auto-Update. And it would make it very easy, for the whole World, to get inside of someone's Shop Admin Section, without anyone ever beeing aware of. To make Money, and keep Secure, as Shop, on the Web, does (and should) not come automatically. It would be uncontrollable.
I could send you links, to obviously stolen, 'free' (paid) OC Mod's and Themes, containing such little Gizmos,
found there, where those look for, trying to avoid spending money
Good Luck

Thanks for the reply.
Magento and WordPress have this option to automatically update and to connect directly to the plugins/module store. it can list plugins in a secure manner.
Links would be great
