Redcart or Pickpic

Hi,
I am needing something like:

or
http://www.pickpic.com
But for open cart instead, both of them are a grand
And basically what I want is redcart or pickpic for half the money, I need all the storefront features and the admin access features.

Ok, hold on. Can you REALLY do that? I found this forum after googling redcart and pickpic. I've been eyeing them both for a while now. My issue is that they are $1000/year. Ugh.
I wanna know if you really can build a cart like that!
