Order ID missing

Hello,

I've discover that often there's missing orders.
Orders customer made exist in database but some of the orders does appear in my admin site.
Bugs happen in both opencart v1 & v2.

Greatly appreciate any help is anyone else has come across this and found a fix.

Did you tried to filter them by "Missing Orders"?
Or by Order ID?

Hello Webceo,

You will find those order in the admin -> sales -> order tab. Change order status to missing order and filter those record, so it will show missing order on that.
