Opencart2.0.3.1 Email Log

created a mail log that logs messages any time they are sent through the store. Because this resides in mail.php this will include contact forms as well. I still can't figure out why the site will not send messages yet the contact form works.

yeah email is really poorly implemented in Opencart, which I think it should be more of a priority. See here for my experience and fix for this
