2.0.3.1 Orders Admin Bugs and Suggestions

I have been using OC 2.0.3.1 for a few weeks now and wanted to report minor issues what don't exist or work much better on 1.5.6
1. When applying the "Missing Orders" filter the order count is wrong. It counts all the orders in the system same as when no filter is applied. (in 1.5.6 the count is correct)
2. Deleting orders. This is just an annoyance, deleting only one order at a time. When you have multiple attempts at placing an order by the same person it became a big pain to have to delete one order at a time. It will be nice if you put back the bulk delete option as in 1.5.6
3. Empty missing orders. By Empty I mean no name and address, only the product ordered, IP address and other envelop information. Again 1.5.6 does not create an order record before the name and address are in place. Why change?
