some plugins not working

hello. some of my plugins are not working on my server like vq mod, instamojo, and more.i installed it, but when i want to edit then nothing appears, and when i check that plugin in xampp i see that messages

Ok, first things first ...
- which version of OC are you using?
- are your "plugins" (we call them extensions here) compatible with that version?

yes . i am using windows 8.1. and i am using opencart version 2.0.3.1. and i downloaded latest version of extensions. some plugins got the problem.not only here. i installed some plugins in my website. then when i tried to edit, then nothing appeared,refreshed ,but not. then i tried those plugins on xampp. then i see that problem. what happened to line 112

You're using a 3rd party vQmod manager (something you didn't mentions). That is where your error is coming from. Contact the developer of that vQmod manager.
