A customer called and said that she tried to place an order but the cart said "No shipping options available". I replicated the order on my computer and got the same results. Both the USPS shipping mod and cart setting are set to pounds, inches, and USD. The USPS module is set to all zones. What is the problem? You can find our cart here:http://www.tldm.org/store. It does not work for Ontario, Canada. Any help would be appreciated.

You have not defined any foreign Countries, as shipping zones, I assume, therefore, it won't work.
Good Luck! ;)

I don't know if that is it. We have received other orders from foreign countries (Australia, UK, South Africa, Canada [New Brunswick]) with no problem. I want to be able to ship to people from all over the world.

USPS Pro shouldn't have any issues with Canadian addresses. If you test the demo and find an issue, let me know (at www.getclearthinking.com/contact) and I can take a look at why.

Hello,
I had this problem too on my store. Some clients didn't have and avaiable shipping method.
What i discovered is that when you are setting up a geo zone the option all zones doesn't work so you have to insert all the cities seperatly in that geo zone.
Hope it helps.
