Export/Import Tool

Hi all!

I'm a newbie, and herewith a newbie question.

I've installed the Export / Import Tool:

I've checked User permissions, and I've checked under Extensions >> modifications and it's in there too.

I've been following this guide:

Except there is no System >> Export / Import in the menu.

I'm running OpenCart Version 2.0.3.1

Suggestions?
