Admin Menu font jumbled

Hi,
Every time I open the admin screen for the first time, I get the menu (on the left hand side) fonts with some lines readable and most others jumbles up, if I refresh the screen they come back all readable.
I have tried opening the menus from both the collapsed and full view but it does not make any difference. This is annoying does anyone know what would be causing it? I have the english language only installed.
