Image adding fatal error

Hi, I'm having this problem while trying add some images. Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 17008 bytes) in /webler/imdiamond.org/system/library/image.php on line 34
What is the problem here?
