Warehouse Order Processing with Barcoding

we need a module that allows us to fill orders by scanning products using barcodes and putting those items into the shipping box
as items are barcoded in to fill the order, the order on the screen dynamically shows the adjusted product totals
the idea is that by using barcoding to fill orders, it makes it much easier to prevent the wrong items (sizes, colors, etc) from being put into the shipping box
perhaps there could be a special sound alert when the order is totally filled correctly, thus the order-filler-person knows that they got it right
anyone know of or working on a warehouse order fulfillment module that works with barcodes?
